PTI Nominates Sheikh Waqas Akram for PAC Chairmanship

PTI has officially announced the name of Sheikh Waqas Akram as their candidate for the Chairman of Public Accounts Committee (PAC). This decision was taken after the approval from both the party’s political committee and party Chairman Imran Khan.

Nomination Process and Final Decision

At first, PTI was considering Sheikh Waqas Akram and Ali Muhammad Khan together for the PAC chairmanship. But after internal discussions and consultations, they have finalized the name of Akram.

Imran Khan has been conveyed the decision of the political committee, and it’s expected that a formal nomination will be forwarded to the Speaker National Assembly in a day or two.
