Arms and Liquor Recovery Case Against KP Chief Minister Reaches Final Stages

A session court in Pakistan is about to conclude the proceedings against Ali Amin Gandapur, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in a case. The case was registered over the recovery of arms and liquor.

Witnesses Testify, Evidence Presented

All the witness testimonies were recorded and the evidence phase has been completed in this case. The final witness Yunus appeared before the court via video link. He confirmed the court regarding the authenticity of recovered bottles which were presented as evidence.

Defense Requests Questionnaire, CM’s Presence Required

The lawyer of Gandapur asked for a questionnaire, to which the judge responded that Chief Minister Must be present in court for the questionnaire process. The lawyer agreed to let him know about Gandapur’s availability for the next hearing.

Next Steps

The questionnaire will be provided tomorrow by the court and the date of the next hearing will also be announced on the same day.
