Pakistan Increases Wheat Imports Under New Government
The new government of Pakistan has drastically increased the wheat imports in its first six months. The official data shows that 691,136 metric tons of wheat were imported in this time frame as compared to 2.7 million metric tons being imported during the tenure of the caretaker government.
