Assistant Director Arrested in Illegal Pakistani ID Card Scheme

Assistant Director Nadra Najibullah has been taken into custody by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) based on a case of making illegal Pakistani identity cards for Afghan citizens. The arrest happened after Najibullah’s pre-arrest bail plea was denied by a special judge central in Islamabad.

FIA lodged an case against Najibullah at the Anti-Corruption Circle in Islamabad. According to FIA, Najibullah who was working at the Nadra office Blue Area was issuing illegal identity cards to Afghan citizens.
